SAO® is a powerful oxidizer that destroys bacteria through oxidation. It's 50% more powerful than bleach and effectively eliminates common bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella, and Staphylococcus aureus. Unlike bleach, it leaves no toxic residue and poses no irritation risk.
How does SAO® decompose after use?
Ozone (O3) is naturally unstable and returns to its original form: oxygen (O2). After use, SAO® simply transforms into water and oxygen, leaving no chemical traces in the environment.

Can SAO® be used on all surfaces?
Yes, SAO® is compatible with most hard non-porous surfaces: glass, stainless steel, plastic, tile, counters, kitchen equipment, etc. It's approved for food contact and can be used without rinsing on food preparation surfaces.
