Following the addition of a curtain wall (glass wall), significant heat gain was added to the building, which would have required doubling the HVAC system (and the annual energy bill!). By installing our membrane, they were able to compensate for this heat gain, create a much more comfortable work environment without compromising visibility.

Our beautiful glass space has charm, but was costing us dearly in heating and air conditioning costs. After insulating our windows with Ecolo Synergy, we no longer have this problem. Our business continues to operate in comfort.

Surrounded by taller buildings and having only single-pane windows, a good portion of its floors receive little or no heat from the sun during the day. Adding our membrane allowed them savings of nearly 30% from the first year, proving once again the effectiveness of our membrane in cold periods. Our solution was chosen instead of complete window replacement, avoiding an investment approximately 10 times higher while delivering superior results.

We noticed a comfort difference from the very first day in our offices. A year and a half later, we're seeing savings of about 30%.

Educational Institution

Concordia University was one of our most challenging clients in terms of health requirements, and rightfully so. This project pushed us to demonstrate not only the energy efficiency of our product but also its safety for humans and the environment through numerous studies and certifications. The installation helped protect their book collection from UV-caused fading while significantly improving indoor comfort. We've had the chance to work with them regularly over the years since.

Whether for heat or sun, the eco-energy treatment for glass surfaces met our needs. Given the age of some buildings, the membrane was able to control part of the cold insulation in certain rooms, or simply to reflect exterior heat at the thermos level.
