Is it really safe for my family?
Absolutely. SAO® is composed only of water and ozone (O3), the same ozone naturally present in the atmosphere. After use, it decomposes into water (H2O) and oxygen (O2). There are no added chemicals, so no toxic residue. Even if a child or adult touches a freshly cleaned surface, there is no danger. However, SAO® is intended for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, it should not be consumed directly.
Is it safe for my cat or dog?
Yes, SAO® is completely safe for all pets. Unlike many commercial cleaners that are toxic to cats, dogs and birds, SAO® poses no risk. You can clean water bowls, litter boxes and cages with peace of mind.
How long does the SAO® remain effective?
Once activated, the SAO® produced by the iClean® Mini remains effective for cleaning for several hours. For optimal disinfection, it is recommended to use freshly produced SAO®. The light indicator confirms that the device is producing active SAO®.
How often should the cartridge be changed?
The iClean® Mini cartridge should be replaced approximately every 3 months under normal use. The device alerts you when the cartridge needs to be changed. Replacement cartridges are available through our customer service.
Can I use the iClean® Mini on all surfaces?
SAO® is compatible with the vast majority of hard surfaces: glass, plastic, stainless steel, tile, granite, quartz, sealed wood, etc. It is food-contact approved and can be used on kitchen counters without rinsing. Avoid use on unprotected metals (iron, untreated copper) as ozone is an oxidizer.
What is the difference with the SAO® Dispenser?
The iClean® Mini is designed for residential use with a compact and portable format perfect for the home. The SAO® Dispenser is the commercial solution with wall installation, high-volume continuous production and 24-month cartridge, ideal for high-volume cleaning environments such as hotels, hospitals or offices.
