Jose and Ricardo de Oliva recently met with Richard Lepine, President of GTA1, to establish Ecolo Synergy's new Ontario concession. After discovering Ecolo Synergy's signature window coating product, Mr. Lepine was quick to express his interest in moving forward with the team. He has many years of experience in property management of large buildings and is well aware of the importance of renewable energies in this sector.

"Each window is an opportunity to offer a solution to a well-known problem in the real estate world. Air-conditioning and heating costs, as well as the exorbitant cost of window replacement, especially in Toronto, will now be reduced."

— Richard Lepine, President of GTA1

The first partnership resulting from this new concession is with Hasan Al-Saffar, President of window manufacturer C Windows Ltd. From now on, every new C Windows Ltd. window will include Ecolo Synergy's insulating film. This is a first for the company. Until now, the insulating solution was applied to existing glass to avoid having to replace it, thus saving money and reducing the company's carbon footprint. This new partnership enables new buildings to adhere to the Ecolo Synergy promise.

According to a recent Statistics Canada report on construction permits, "Ontario was the province that contributed most to growth (+21.7% to $5.0 billion), with increases in all components". This increase in construction means greater demand for materials such as glass.

Whether for existing buildings or new real estate projects, Mr. Lepine and Mr. Al-Saffar's expertise is sure to satisfy Ontario's commercial and residential customers by meeting environmental requirements and delivering significant financial gains.
